From modern Latin Coccinella ´crimson red´ Lady-bird, 1590s, ´sweetheart´, and from French framboise. Commonly called Frambuesita in Pilsferrer´s world, this little insect is originally from Asia. Its delicious and colorful body however, makes it a favorite among birds of prey.
